Abstract

This study aims at finding out about the extent to which practitioners contribute parenting to the form of student morality in Jambi Private Vocational School in the Even Semester in Academic Year 2019 / 2020. This type of research is a quasi experiment. The population in this study is the students of Jambi Private Vocational School Academic Year 2019 / 2020, which were only Christian, totaling 156 people. To collect data in this study, a questionnaire was used to measure Parenting Parenting as a variable X with the form of spirituality as a variable Y, totaling 25 items per variable, to determine the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, firstly it was tested at the Pardede Foundation Private Vocational School, Jl . Binjai, Km.10,8 Deli Serdang Regency. The results of normality and linearity test obtained data of Parenting Parents to the spirituality form of Jambi Private Vocational School Students Medan 2019/2020 have normal and linear distribution. The results of the analysis obtained the correlation coefficient value is 0.563 with consult the value of rtabel on the 95% confidence level obtained rtable = 0.444 with 156 respondents, then the price r count > rtable (0.542> 0, 444), this shows that there is a significant contribution relationship between parenting by parents with the attitude of students’ sprituality in Jambi Private Vocational School in Medan TA2019 / 2020.
