RESPON PETANI TERHADAP PENYULUHAN PERTANIAN DI KECAMATAN SIBIRU-BIRU KABUPATEN DELI SERDANG

Abstract

The research was conducted in July until August 2016 determined by purposive in di Kecamatan Sibiru-biru, Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Number of samples in this research were 31 respondents.The results of the research showed that the technology respons rate in the study area is high with the percentage (87%).Identity (sense of security, social values, attitudes, and mental) simultaneously significant effect on the level of technology adoption. Partially security, social values, attitudes positive effect but not significantly affect the adoption of technology, while the farmers mental influence positively and significantly on technology adoption.Socioeconomic factors simultaneously significant effect on technology adoptio Partially only the amount of dependents positive and significant effect on technology adoption.Tomato farmer's income in the study area is low because it is under the Minimum Wage.omato farming is still viable because the value of R / C = 1.4 (still profitable economically)
