IMPLEMENTASI PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER KELOMPOK ANAK PENCILS GENERATION TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN BAHASA INGGRIS
Abstract
This study aims at building the character of children in the Pencil Generation group in the Simalingkar B Medan city through learning English. This learning group is a group of children who come from poor families and do not to get enough attention from their parents. As it is known, English is one of the important languages, remembering that English is an international language that is well-mastered the society. Character education is sufficient to be taught in Pencils Generation children because basically they tend to be rude in speaking and acting towards others. The method used in this study is a qualitative method. On this occasion the researcher wants to describe that through learning English, especially in speaking skill, the children’ character growth can be improved well, especially children Pencils Generation.
