PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN PENGEMBANGAN KARIR TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAIPADA PDAM TIRTANADI CABANG SUNGGAL

Abstract

This research has a purpose to know the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at PDAM Tirtanadi Branch Sunggal. To know the influence of career development on employee performance at PDAM Tirtanadi Branch Sunggal. To know the influence of organizational culture and career development together on the performance of employees at PDAM Tirtanadi Branch Sunggal. The population in this study is all employees in PDAM Tirtanadi Branch Sunggal, amounting to 36 people. Researchers used the entire population to be sampled, where the study was called census research. Technique of collecting data in this research is questionnaire (Questioner) and study documentation. Data analysis technique used is quantitative analysis include: classical assumption test, multiple regression, t test, and F test and determinant coefficient. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees seen from tcount 6.113> ttable 2.034 (sig 0,000), meaning that the high performance of employees in PDAM Tirtanadi, North Sumatera Province Sunggal Branch. Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance seen from t count 5,641> ttable 2,034 (sig 0,000), meaning high employee performance in PDAM Tirtanadi North Sumatera Province Sunggal Branch is influenced by career development factor. Organizational culture and career development have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees seen from the value of Fhitung 28,358> Ftabel 3.28 with sig 0,000 <0,05, meaning that the high performance of employees in PDAM Tirtanadi North Sumatera Province Sunggal Branch influenced by organizational culture factor and career development. Based on the adjusted R-Square price is 0.610, the contribution of organizational culture and career development to the performance of 61.00%, while the rest of 39.00%, contributed by other un-researched variables such as ability, work environment, leadership, organizational climate and others.
