Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Tenaga Kependidikan Universitas Darma Agung Medan
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leadership styles and motivations of employee performance againts in Darma Agung University Medan. This research was conducted in Darma Agung University with a number of respondents as many as 58 at once sampled. Analysis of the data in this study using quantitative analysis. The results showed that participative leadership style significant effect on employee performance Darma Agung University Medan with thitung X1 (6,549) > ttabel = 1,67 and sig-p (0,000) < 0,05, work motivation significant effect on employee performance Darma Agung University Medan with thitung X2 (2,817) > ttable = 1,69 and sig-p (0,000) < 0,05. Simultaneously there is the influence of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance Darma Agung Univesity Medan, the calculate Fhitung (118,525) > Ftabel (3,28) and sig-p (0,000) < sig-a (0,05). The results of this study showed that : (1) Leadership style significant effect on employee performance Darma Agung University Medan. (2) Work motivation significant effect on employee performance Darma Agung University Medan.(3) Simultaneously there is the influence of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance Darma Agung University Medan. With the research that has been done, the leaders Darma Agung University Medan, should maintain a leadership styles. For other researchs who want to know the effect of leadership styles of the performance can add other variables that may affect the performance such as the ability of individuals and work environment.
