THE ROLE OF THE ORGANIZATIONAL SECTION OF THE BUTON REGENCY REGIONAL SECRETARIAT IN IMPROVING EMPLOYEE WORK CULTURE

Abstract

The organizational division of the Buton Regency Regional Secretariat plays a crucial role in enhancing the employee work culture within the administration of Buton Regency. This research seeks to examine the role of the organizational component of the Buton Regency Regional Secretariat in enhancing the value of employee work culture. This study employs a qualitative research method, which generates descriptive data. The data utilized consists of primary and secondary data. The data collecting methodology employs approaches such as observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review. The study findings indicate that the work culture at the Buton Regency Regional Secretariat is characterized by professionalism, accountability, enthusiasm, non-discrimination, and integrity. (2) The Organization's role and efforts in enhancing the value of work culture can be categorized into two main components. Initially, officers from the organization sector engage in socialization and internalization processes to establish seminars and workshops focused on personnel, with the aim of cultivating a robust work culture. Furthermore, monitoring and assessment were conducted through a competition called Gebyar Holding Work Culture.
