PEMANFAATAN DAN OPTIMALISASI AREA TERAS RUMAH TINGGAL TYPE 36 SEBAGAI USAHA BERBASIS RUMAH (UBR) DI PERUMAHAN GRIYA PERMATA 4 TANJUNG ANOM
Abstract
Dampak pandemi Corona-19 yang melanda seluruh dunia, terkhusus kepada masyarakat pekerja yang akhirnya dirumahkan atau dengan terpaksa mengundurkan diri, yang memunculkan ragam usaha micro khususnya jenis usaha dengan modal kecil yand dapat dikelola di lingkungan rumah tinggal sendiri. Dengan dukungan fasilitas sesai kebutuhan dan fasilitas internet dan media sosial dengan akses yang mudah menjadikan Usaha dari Rumah Sendiri lebih mudah.Tim penulis mengemukakan dampak pandemi terhadap masyarakat yang dipaksa membuka usaha sendiri, mengemukakan ragam jenis usaha (menurut Liputan6.com) serta memberi contoh redesain ruangan yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan fasilitas sesuai jenis tema.
