KARAKTERISTIK PASIEN COVID-19 DENGAN VENTILATOR DI INTENSIVE CARE UNIT RSUD BANGIL (Characteristic of COVID-19 patients with mechanical ventilator in Intensive Care Unit of Bangil Regional Public Hospital)
Abstract
COVID-19 merupakan penyakit yang disebabkan oleh SARS-CoV-2. Pasien terkonfirmasi COVID-19 dapat mengalami gejala ringan, sedang dan berat. Ventilator dibutuhkan oleh pasien COVID-19 dengan kondisi berat terutama dengan diagnosa ARDS (acute respiratory distress syndrome). Penelitian ini dilakukan secara observasional restropektif dengan total sampel sebanyak 100 pasien terkonfirmasi COVID-19 dengan ARDS yang dirawat di ruang ICU RSUD Bangil pada periode Desember 2020-Mei 2021. Sampel terbanyak berjenis kelamin wanita (52%) dengan usia dominan 55-64 tahun (34%), terdiri dari sampel pria 38,23% dan sampel wanita 61,77%. Penyakit komorbid terbanyak terjadi pada usia 55-64 tahun (35,59%) dengan jumlah wanita 61,90% dan pria 38,10%. Penyakit komorbid terbanyak yaitu hipertensi (40,63%) dan diabetes mellitus tipe 2 (40,63%). Diagnosa sekunder terbanyak yaitu sepsis sebesar 20,17%. Berdasarkan outcome terapi data pasien meninggal (54%) dengan dominasi jenis kelamin wanita sebesar 55,56%, dan usia 55-64 tahun (40,74%). Jumlah sampel pindah ruang isolasi (46%) dengan dominasi jenis kelamin pria (52,17%), dan usia 40-54 tahun sebanyak 36,96%.
