Abstract
Snellen chart harus benar terang. Pasien diminta untuk membaca huruf dengan masing-masing mata secara terpisah dan tajam penglihatan dicatat sebagai pecahan, pembilang menjadi jarak pasien dengan snellen chart, dan penyebut menjadi huruf terkecil yang dapat dibaca oleh orang normal. Ketika pasien mampu membaca hingga 6m, tajam penglihatan di catat 6/6 (normal).
