MENGENALI INSTITUTIONAL BETRAYAL DALAM ISU KEKERASAN SEKSUAL DI INSTITUSI PENDIDIKAN
Abstract
Artikel jurnal ini membahas mengenai identifikasi dan perbandingan institutional betrayal dalam kasus kekerasan seksual di institusi pendidikan agama dan institusi pendidikan (lembaga kampus) dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Data diambil dari studi literatur dan kasus riil yang terjadi di masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua jenis institusi memiliki kemungkinan terjadinya pengkhianatan institusional dalam kasus kekerasan seksual, dipengaruhi oleh faktor seperti kekuatan dan otoritas tokoh otoritatif, struktur kelembagaan, dan budaya. Namun, terdapat perbedaan dalam cara institutional betrayal terjadi di kedua jenis institusi, dengan institusi pendidikan agama cenderung lebih rentan terhadap pengkhianatan institusional yang berdampak besar pada korban. Penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi untuk memahami konsep institutional betrayal dan memberikan rekomendasi dalam mencegah kekerasan seksual di institusi pendidikan.
