ANALISA SCHEMATA DALAM MEMBANGUN NARATIF PADA FILM RUMAH DI SERIBU OMBAK
Abstract
Schemata bekerja dengan mengatur informasi yang diberikan kepada penonton, memungkinkan mereka untuk menafsirkan apa yang akan terungkap dan memahami urutan informasi yang diberikan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada penerapan schemata dalam film Rumah di Seribu Ombak. Metodologi kualitatif dan dokumentasi digunakan untuk penelitian ini. Kerangka teoritis didasarkan pada teori schemata oleh David Bordwell. Temuan penelitian ini menyoroti bagaimana schemata digunakan secara efektif untuk menyampaikan informasi kepada penonton, termasuk penggambaran dunia karakter melalui adegan pembuka film, penggambaran hubungan kekuasaan antara anak dan orang tua, toleransi beragama dalam konteks tradisi, dan perwujudan trauma melalui representasi visual.
