PENGARUH SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA (SDM) DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KUALITAS PELAYANAN PERANGKAT DESA SAPTA MARGA DESA PELAMBIK
Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar sumber daya manusia dan budaya organisasi terhadap kualitas pelayanan perangkat Desa Sapta Margadesa pelambik. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan jenis penelitian Asosiatif yaitu suatu penelitian yang bersifat mengetahui hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih dan mempunyai tingkat yang lebih bila di bandingkan dengan penelitian deskriptif dan komparatif. Berdasarkan pembahasan dari hasil analisa yang telah dilakukan, maka peneliti dapat menarik kesimpulan bahwa: 1) Terdapat pengaruh antara sumber daya manusia terhadap kualitas pelayanan desa Pelambik. 2) Tidak terdapat pengaruh antara sumber daya manusia terhadap kualitas pelayanan desa pelambik.
