PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL, KOMPENSASI, DAN JOB SATISFACTION TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION DI RS “X”
Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, kompensasi, dan job satisfaction terhadap turnover intention di RS “X”. Jenis penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan tetap RS “X” berjumlah 100 karyawan yang dijadikan sebagai responden dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dengan pengukuran skala likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan sofware SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwasanya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh negative signifikan terhadap turnover intention, kompensasi berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap turnover intention, sedangkan job satisfaction berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap turnover intention.
