DAMPAK KOMITMEN TERHADAP KINERJA GURU PADA SD NEGERI DI KECAMATAN PULAU-PULAI ARU
Abstract
Kinerja guru merupakan hasil kerja seorang guru dalam melaksanakan tugas dan kewajibannya dalam mendidik dan mengajar. Pada kenyataannya, kinerja guru dapat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai variabel, salah satunya adalah komitmen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh komitmen terhadap pelaksanaan tugas guru di SD Negerei di Kecamatan Pulau-Pulau Aru. Dengan jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Dan Lokasi penelitian adalah semua SD Negeri di Kecamatan Pulau-Pulau Aru dengan jumlah sampel 88 guru yang tersebar di 15 sekolah. Dengan nilai signifikan yang didapat dari variabel, khususnya X1 = 0,000 dimana variabel X1 = 0,000 < 0,05 maka dapat disimpilkan bahwa variable komitmen memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru.
