PENGARUH KEBIJAKAN INVESTASI, FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE, DAN CAPITAL STRUCTURE TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN PADA PERUSAHAAN SEKTOR ANEKA INDUSTRI YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA PERIODE 2013-2017

Abstract

This research aims at examining and analyzing the effect of investment policy, financial performance and capital structure on company's value of multiple industries sector registered on Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2013 - 2017. This research uses quantitative descriptive approach. Purposive sampling is a method used in which the total sampling is 15 companies. Technique of data collecting used is documentative study; type of data is quantitative. This research used multiple linear regression analysis. The research finding shows simultaneously that investment policy , financial performance, and capital structures affect significantly on company's value. Partially, capital structure does not affect significantly on company's value. Investment policy and financial performance partially affect significantly on company's value.
