The scope of the Mechanical Engineering Journal of the Padang State Polytechnic are:
Energy : including: Renewable energy, combustion, carbon dioxide capture and hydrogen research; storage and conversion of electrochemical energy; and energy conservation.
Mechanics and Applied Materials: including fluid mechanics, solid mechanics, nonlinear mechanics, computational mechanics, and structural mechanics.
Product Design, Manufacturing and Development: including precision and machine design, product design and development, environment and sustainability, information and sensing, manufacturing processes and systems.
Control, Instrumentation and Robotics: including actuator and sensor technology, biorobotics and bioinstrumentation, complex systems control, precision instrumentation, autonomous robotic vehicles and optics
This journal contains articles related to all forms of research results and ideas from researchers and academicians which is related to the mechanical engineering. This journal is managed by the Engineering Faculty in collaboration with the Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat Universitas Darma Agung. It is published twice an year constantly in June and December.
