Abstract
This study aims to examine and discuss: The direct effect and significance of work motivation on job satisfaction; Direct influence and significance of organizational culture on job satisfaction; Direct influence and significance of leadership style on job satisfaction; Direct influence and significance of work motivation on performance; Direct influence and significance of organizational culture on performance; Direct influence and significance of leadership style on performance; Direct influence and significance of job satisfaction on performance; The indirect effect and significance of work motivation on performance through job satisfaction; The indirect effect and significance of organizational culture on performance through job satisfaction; The indirect effect and significance of leadership style on performance through job satisfaction. Respondents were 200 lecturers and education staff. Analysis technique uses structural equation modeling with a maximum likelihood approach. Research findings: Work motivation has a direct, significant, and positive effect on job satisfaction; Organizational culture has a direct, insignificant, and negative effect on job satisfaction; Leadership style has direct, insignificant, and positive effect on job satisfaction; Work motivation has a direct, insignificant, and positive effect on performance; Organizational culture has a direct, significant and positive effect on performance; Leadership style has a direct, insignificant, and negative effect on performance; Job satisfaction has a direct, insignificant and positive effect on performance; Work motivation has an indirect, insignificant, and positive effect on performance through job satisfaction; Organizational culture does not have a significant positive effect, and does not lead to performance through job satisfaction; Leadership style has an indirect, insignificant, and positive effect on performance through job satisfaction
