HUBUNGAN KETELADANAN GURU PAK DENGAN PEMBENTUKAN KARAKTER SISWA SMP SWASTA BERSUBSIDI HKBP JL.KAMPAR BELAWAN T.A 2020/2021.

Abstract

This study aims at determining the significant relationship between Christian Teacher Exemplary and Character Building of HKBP Subsidized Private Junior High School Students in Jl. Kampar Belawan Academic Year 2020. This type of research is descriptive quantitative and the population correlation in this study is all Christian students of Subsidized Private Junior High School HKBP Jl. Kamapar Belawan Academic Year 2020/2021. The population of this study is all Christian students, namely 30 people, so the entire population was sampled. The instrument used in this research was a questionnaire totaling 60 items with four (4) choices (a, b, c, d). 30 questions each for the PAK Teacher Exemplary and 30 more questions for Student Character Building. Before the questionnaire was used, the validity and reliability of the questionnaire were first tested, the test results obtained were all valid and reliable questionnaires. The results of the data normality requirements test where the exemplary Christian Teacher at a significant level of 5% obtained X2 _count <X2 _table: (41.95 <43.77) and Student Character Building obtained X2_count> X2_table (62.86> 43.77). So it can be concluded that the data for the two research variables are normally distributed. The results of the Linearity Requirements Test for Modeling Christian Teachers with Character Building of HKBP Subsidized Private Junior High School Students Jl. Kampar Belawan Academic Year 2020/2021 is Linear, with the equation Y = 18.15 + 0.72, consulted with f_count> f_tabel (28.0001> 0.0036). The results of the Christian Teacher Exemplary Tendency test are categorized "Medium (26.67) and Shiva Character Formation in the" High "category (26.67%). Based on the results of the Correlation Coefficient analysis, it was obtained r _count (0.573)> r _table (0.361), this shows that there is a relationship between the exemplary role of PAK teachers and the Character Building of HKBP Subsidized Private Junior High School Students Jl. Kampar Belawan Academic Year  2020/2021. Followed by the "t" test with a significant level of 5%, obtained t _count > t _table (3,699> 0,573). This shows that there is a significant relationship between the exemplary role of PAK teachers and the character building of private junior high school students in HKBP Jl. Kampar Belawan T.A 2020/2021.
