T test results of work motivation variable tcount > ttable (4.683> 2.010) and sig value < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), it can be concluded that work motivation variable is partially significant and positive to support employee performance. On the value of management information system variables count > t table (4,727 > 2,010) and sig value> 0,05 (0,000 > 0,05), so it can be concluded that the Management Information System variable partially has a significant and positive effect on Employee Performance.
